• 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup cubed Center Ham Steak
  • 2 sliced hard-cooked eggs
  • A pinch dried basil or thyme
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Chopped parsley, optional
  • Hot corn bread or toast



Heat and stir over very low heat: 1 cup cream of mushroom soup, 1/4 cup milk. Add 1 cup cubed ham and 2 sliced hard-cooked eggs. Season the hash with a pinch dried basil or thyme, salt and pepper, chopped parsley.

Serve it over hot corn bread or toast.
